What happens to the exchange rate for winnings, refunds, cancelled bets or void bets?

The rate is based on when each transaction is processed.

• A bet uses the rate available when the bet is placed.
• Settlement, refunds, cancellations and voids use the rate available when they are processed.
• If there is a time gap, the converted fiat amount may differ. CS should check the system record and therate that applied at the relevant time.
